To Interested Fish Farmers:

 

I'm sending this information out on behalf of Mike Staggs. These documents outline the procedure for obtaining a cooperative sucker spawning agreement for 2012, and are very similar to the documents used in the past.  There are three documents.  The first is a form that needs to be filled out and sent to the local fisheries biologist for processing.  The second is a list to determine which biologist to send the form to.  The third is a sample of the standard agreement.  We will start accepting requests for cooperative agreements on Monday March 11th, 2013.

After receiving a request for a cooperative agreement, the local biologist will fill out an agreement and get in signed by the Fisheries Team Supervisor for the area.  The Fisheries Team Supervisors will send a signed copy of the agreement to the Fish Farmer, and they may begin operations as outlined in the agreement.
